So recently, I am sick and tired of being insanely sick and restless.

And I think, having a healthy mindset is a very important
factor now (at least to me), also not forgetting being healthy
is about how we take care of our own body too.

Well, the problem lies here.

Most people, included me often neglect the fact that,
we need to have a proper healthy diet, getting 8 hrs of
beauty sleep and exercise regularly, then it will greatly
improve the way of our physical health.

Alright, I'm essentially satisfied with my current stage,
and now . . .

I’m proudly to wave Goodbye to headaches, fever, pain,
running nose, itchy eyes, sleepless nights and all the symptoms
that got me insane along with my body aching that is thrown at
it on a cruel basis!
