It was exactly a month ago I face the prospect of a career switch
in my professional lifestyle. Of course, there are several reasons and
motivations behind a switch in my career.
I've been working in banking industry for the past 3 and a half year.
DBS Bank - 2.5 yrs, HSBC - 1 yr (HSBC is still the best bank ever)
And I'd say, working in banks are inherently stressful, to be able to
handle with the stress at work and also dealing with politics.
I mean, it was like once upon a time I loved going to work everyday.
Love my boss, colleagues and even the food they serve in the canteen.
But it was so recently, I no longer feel that way anymore. Just because
I couldn't stand waking up so early for the sake of going to work.
Anyway, I really do miss my ex boss and colleagues for the sweestest reason,
and I sincerely thank them for the care and guidances for the past one year.
Special thanks to: Slyvia, Grace and Ratna.... *Loves*

Back to topic .
I'd say location and opportunity play a major part in my decision of
switching my job. Imagine, dealing with constant rush hour traffic
and long commute times is enough to make me decide to leave
my current position.
Even in Real Estate, rule no 105 teaches me to remember one of its
most basic tenants, when buying property for selection is always
location, location and still location.
Alright, I'm in property line now =)

Just because I love the power of closing deals, interacting with clients,
desire a challenging and rewarding career and also providing me the ample
time to do the things I always wanted to do, makes me in this line!
Well, before I become the next "Big wave" in real estate history,
let me now show you the website of my team leader.
